Eight of metro Detroit’s celebrated chefs will come together for four exclusive collaborative dinners, Oct. 5-8, as part of Hour Detroit’s Savor Detroit Dinner Series Presented by Lexus.
Taking place at The Seven in Ferndale, each evening will showcase the creativity and signature styles of two featured chefs as they collaborate on a multi-course dining experience.

“Savor Detroit has always been defined by the best local culinary talent, and this year is no exception,” says Jason Hosko, group publisher at Hour Media in Troy. “With an outstanding lineup of chefs, an incredible new venue, and the continued support of presenting sponsor Lexus, the excitement surrounding this year’s series is at a whole new level.”
Each evening begins with a cocktail hour from 6-7 p.m., featuring passed canapés, cocktails, live entertainment, and art installations from Art Leaders Gallery. Guests will then take their seats from 7-9:30 p.m. for a five-course dinner accompanied by expertly selected wine pairings designed to complement each course. Art Leaders Gallery will present a pop-up art gallery and silent auction benefitting COTS Detroit.
