PHINIA Inc., a global supplier of fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket solutions in Auburn Hills, has completed the acquisition the stoba Group, a provider of high-precision components, systems, and customized manufacturing solutions based in Germany. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With the acquisition complete, PHINIA expands its footprint across a range of sectors, including passenger and commercial vehicles, off-highway, industrial, capital equipment, semiconductors, and aerospace and defense.

In addition to its headquarters in Germany, stoba Group has facilities in Charleston, S.C., the U.K., China, and the Czech Republic.
