Pet Supplies Plus in Livonia, one of the largest independent pet retailers in North America, has announced it has signed 69 new store commitments in Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Nebraska, New York, Minnesota, Missouri, and Texas.

Of the new stores committed to this year, 25 are with existing franchise owners, and 44 are with new franchise owners. The new franchisees come with a wide variety of experience across many different industries, including backgrounds in real estate, finance, law, veterinary medicine, and software. The company currently operates of 560 locations in 36 states.

“It’s incredible to watch our franchise lead in one of the hottest industries out there. Not only are our existing owners increasing their number of locations, but we’re also adding new owners to our pack who are eager to cater to the growing demand of pet ownership,” says Chris Rowland, CEO of Pet Supplies Plus.

The store carries exclusive private labels to the fully stocked shelves carrying a wide assortment of natural pet foods, goods, and services, Pet Supplies Plus aims to provide pet-lovers with a conveniently located, one-stop shop in their neighborhood.
