TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants (TSFR) in Livonia has opened a new restaurant concept in Troy under the Olga’s Kitchen brand — Olga’s Fresh.
Located at 770 E. Big Beaver Road in the Troy Marketplace shopping center, Olga’s Fresh offers a reimagined dining experience for Olga’s guests featuring fast-casual counter ordering for dine-in and carryout service. Curbside and delivery also are available.
The new facility occupies approximately 2,500 square feet and has seating capacity for 60 guests who will be able to select from new curated menu items like the Roasted Vegetable and Garlic Hummus Bowl, the Harissa Chicken Bowl, the Harvest Salad featuring quinoa and edamame, or “Build Your Own” with a bowl or a salad. Guests can order existing Olga’s Kitchen menu items, as well.
“Olga’s Fresh is an exciting new chapter in the Olga’s Kitchen story, designed to offer more choice and convenience for today’s guest while staying true to the flavors and recipes that have made our brand a Michigan favorite for generations,” says Ryan Jones, brand vice president of Olga’s Kitchen.
A grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony for Olga’s Fresh will be held on July 16 at 10 a.m. with a series of special activations, including a visit from Shannon Murphy from “Mojo in the Morning” starting at 1 p.m., as well as wellness-inspired activities from Welcome Home Yoga, which will offer mini-meditations and chair massages.
Welcome Home Yoga is a past recipient of an Olga Loizon Memorial Foundation grant. In addition, every guest who comes in on July 16 will receive a free mini Orange Cream Cooler with purchase.
