A new senior community focused on assisted living and memory care has opened in Oakland Township, offering a “resort-quality environment.”
Moceri Cos., which is based in Auburn Hills, opened Blossom Springs, the second in a portfolio of senior living communities in northern Oakland County. It is located a mile from its sister campus, Blossom Ridge, which opened in April 2019. Blossom Springs offers personalized support programs for residents ages 55 and up.
“Blossom Springs allows residents the freedom to age in place as their health needs change without leaving the community, their friends, or the staff they have come to know,” says Mario Moceri, partner at Moceri Cos. “We want to ensure our residents and guests will have the same accessibility, safety, and stability as administered with in-home care.”
The community has 56 residences and offers conveniences on-site including a fitness center with a private physical therapy room, salon, library, activity rooms, public gathering spaces, two on-site restaurants, a private dining room, and a theater/chapel. Outdoor amenities include a courtyard, interior gardens, walking paths, covered porches, and a sunroom.

Activities include enrichment programs, social events, weekly religious services, and regular outings in the greater Rochester area. Residents will also have access to Blossom Ridge’s indoor and outdoor pools, full-service Petals Salon, comprehensive health and wellness services, an art and design studio, and fitness rooms.
