The Homebuilders Association of Southeastern Michigan (HBA), Lake Michigan Credit Union, and James Hardie Building Products are sponsoring the 32nd annual Parade of Homes that runs now through the end of June.

The popular event is an in-person and online exhibition of new model homes located across southeast Michigan, offering potential homebuyers an opportunity to see the area’s finest newly built homes, including condominiums, single-family homes, affordable housing, and estate-sized homes with prices ranging from $200,000 to more than $1 million.

One of the homes (49426 Villa Drive) is located in Terra, an emerging luxury community in Novi being built by Cambridge Homes Inc., where prices start at $996,900. The ranch home gated community includes 300 acres of protected woodlands, a 4.6-mile multi-purpose path, all custom-made Modern Prairie elevations, extra tall ceilings and windows, solar power and smart home capabilities, and custom lanais with electric roll-down screens available.

There’s also the Lisa Ranch at Dunhill Park by Compo Builders Inc. in Northville Township (47738 Dunhill Court); SilverLeaf IV by Healy Homes at Stoneleigh West in Lyon Township (57234 Meadowcreek Cirlcle); Findlay — C Plan at Green Oak Crossing in Brighton by M/I Homes (9929 Kylie Drive); and more.

“In this market where homes are selling very quickly, we are pleased to have 38 new homes built by HBA members featured in this program,” says Michael Stoskopf, CEO of the HBA. “The homes are available to view in person, based on the hours shown for each individual home…”

Built by 16 different builders, all members of the HBA, the Parade of Homes features six attached condominiums and five detached condominiums. Three of the homes are under construction or in pre-construction, allowing buyers to work with the builders to create their ideal home.

On June 9, the 7 Blue Ribbon Winners for architectural design will be awarded and announced.
