Angstrom NA, a tier 1 supplier for automotive and industrial original equipment manufacturers, has moved its global headquarters to the newly renamed Angstrom Office Center in Southfield.
Located at 25300-25330 Telegraph Road, the building offers up to 233,400 square feet available for rent across six stories, with Angstrom set to occupy the sixth floor. The deal was brokered by NAI Farbman.

Located 20 minutes from downtown Detroit, the Class-A office building offers “excellent commercial visibility and exposure.” Over the past five years, the building has undergone more than $20 million in major upgrades and amenities, including a newly built cafeteria, coffee bars, lounge spaces, game rooms, conference rooms, and more.
The property also features more than 1,200 free parking spaces for tenants and visitors.
