Centroid Systems, a Troy-based cloud service and technology company specializing in comprehensive transformation services, has acquired South American Oracle partner Qbit. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with offices in Chile and Peru, Qbit has been delivering Oracle solutions to clients throughout Latin America since 2000. Qbit provides integral management solutions services to businesses and provides full coverage of Oracle ERP products.

The acquisition is expected to expand Centroid’s application and infrastructure managed services capabilities on a global scale.
