Travel in style with a new Fractional Ownership Program offered by The Motorcoach Store, a Florida-based provider of luxury motorcoach sales and service. The store extends to Michigan, with motorcoaches brought right to customer driveways or local airports.
Said to be the first of its kind in the luxury motorcoach industry, the program gives qualified buyers the opportunity to purchase a share in a luxury motorcoach and enjoy the benefits of private coach ownership without assuming the full purchase price, depreciation exposure, or day-to-day operational responsibilities associated with owning an entire motorcoach.
“Our new Fractional Ownership Program speaks to the growing excitement and interest within the motorcoach sector that desires access that does not require full asset ownership,” says Bradley Twait, founder and CEO of The Motorcoach Store. “Our first-of-its-kind offering provides clear, predictable operational pricing, unparalleled service, and flexibility to the premium private motorcoach user.”
The program is designed to serve families, modern business travelers, and the sports and entertainment sector looking for capital-efficient luxury travel experiences without sacrificing premium standards. Fractional shares start at 10 weeks annually for 2027 Millennium Luxury Coaches and LOKI Coaches.
Over the last few years demand among younger and first-time buyers for private, flexible road travel has grown exponentially, according to the company. The median age of RV owners has fallen to 49 from 53 since 2021, while first-time buyers now represent 36 percent of owners — supporting continued demand for more flexible ownership models at the premium end of the market.
“Many of our customers utilize top fractional aviation leaders like NetJets and Flexjet, and they have been clamoring for a similar luxury fractional model in the motorcoach industry,” says Twait. “Our groundbreaking approach directly addresses that high-end demand for elite asset management found in fractional aviation while delivering financial flexibility for luxury motorcoaches.”
The program responds by combining luxury ownership, hospitality, and professional asset management. Owners purchase a 25 percent share, receive 10 guaranteed weeks of annual use and enjoy the privacy and consistency of a dedicated coach without the full capital commitment or management burden of sole ownership.
“The financial community already recognizes our meteoric trajectory, positioning The Motorcoach Store as the empirical, disruptive, and dominant enterprise within the sector,” Twait says.
Program highlights include:
Guaranteed Access: Ten guaranteed weeks of use annually, with preferred travel periods secured under the ownership agreement.
Greater Asset Efficiency: Ownership is aligned with actual usage, reducing upfront investment and depreciation exposure compared with purchasing an entire coach.
Elite Fleet Experience: Select Millennium and LOKI and motorcoaches feature private suites, spa-inspired baths, gourmet kitchens, expansive living areas, high-speed connectivity, and premium entertainment systems.
White-Glove Management: Concierge support, trip coordination, secure storage, insurance, maintenance, and coach preparation are handled on the owner’s behalf.
Predictable Costs: Shares start at $539,999 for a new Prevost, with pre-owned late-model luxury coaches starting as low as $249,999, with monthly management fees beginning at $1,500, subject to the selected coach and final agreement.
