The Jonna Group at Colliers in Birmingham has announced the approximately $40 million sale of the City Center Retail Collection in Troy. The buyer was not disclosed.
The collection, located along W. Big Beaver Road just west of I-75, includes four single-tenant net lease properties and two shopping centers, bringing together nationally recognized brands and a diverse mix of retail tenants.
The four standalone properties are occupied by Fidelity Investments, Shake Shack, Yard House, and Seasons 52.
The collection also includes two shopping centers featuring such tenants as Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Bow Tie Orthodontics, Condado Tacos, Pokeworks, Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Hudson Café, Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs, and more.
Located within Troy’s City Center, the retail properties sit adjacent to the 286-unit Zen Apartments, an office tower totaling more than 300,000 square feet, and a parking structure with 1,400-plus spaces.
