The Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan’s Parade of Homes returns for its 27th year on June 1, featuring nearly 80 model homes across southeast Michigan.

“The 78 new homes featured in this program offer a good cross section of the homes being built throughout southeastern Michigan,” says James Clarke, the 2016 president of Home Builders Association. “We’re excited … to be able to feature 25 more homes than were featured in 2015.”

Clarke says the exhibit, which runs until June 30, will feature condominiums, single-family homes, affordable housing, and estate-sized homes by 31 different builders, all members of the Home Builders Association. He says the Parade of Homes also includes seven attached condominiums and six detached condominiums.

Prices range from $144,000 to nearly $1.2 million. Clarke says seven of the homes are in the pre-construction phase, so potential home buyers have the opportunity to work with the builder from the start. Another 11 homes are currently under construction.

Homes are located throughout southeast Michigan, in cities such as Macomb Township, Wixom, and Lyon Township.
