FCA’s Ram truck brand has added a new limited edition Ram 1500 model — the Stinger Yellow Sport — to its lineup, featuring sport trim with a bright yellow exterior with yellow details in the interior. The truck will begin arriving in dealerships this month.
“The Ram 1500 Sport offers unique features for customers who enjoy aggressive styling and great performance,” says Mike Manley, head of the Ram Truck brand at FCA Global. “Truck buyers are very attached to their vehicles and the Stinger Yellow Sport model adds a custom appearance to the segment’s best-looking truck.”
Manley says the new truck is available in crew cab 4×2 and 4×4 configurations. The vehicle has a V8 engine producing nearly 400 horsepower, dual chrome-tipped exhaust, vented sport hood, and 22-inch wheels.
He says the interior features a predominantly black cockpit, with light black chrome and yellow details. The truck has yellow accent stitching throughout the cabin and black leather seats with yellow sport mesh on the seating inserts.
The special-edition truck also comes with a Uconnect system with navigation and a standard rear-view camera system.
The starting price is $44,340.
