NOVI — ITC Holdings Corp., a Novi-based electric transmissions company, named Daniel J. Oginsky as its new executive vice president and general counsel. He previously served as the company’s senior vice president and general counsel.
Prior to joining ITC in 2004, Oginsky served in private practice in Washington, D.C. and Lansing, with a primary focus on energy matters.
Oginsky earned his JD from George Washington University and his BA from Michigan State University.
Oginsky is also a member of the advisory Board of Directors of Belle Tire, Inc., the Providence Health Foundation Board of Trustees, and the Board of Visitors for James Madison College at Michigan State University.
