The acquisition expands Centaris’ ability to provide services and additional capabilities to customers now and in the future. North Country IT owners Sean Pethers and Jess Goodwin will stay involved with the organization as part of the Centaris team.

“Adding skilled and seasoned IT professionals to our team helps everyone — our team and our customers,” says John Bamberger, vice president of sales for Centaris. “We are extremely excited to have these IT professionals join our team. They bring years of added experience in the IT support space, adding skills we didn’t have and helping our northern Michigan office with depth.”

Pethers says, “Jess and I are excited to join the Centaris team. We are grateful for the support of our clients and the community over the last 8 years. We are looking forward to continuing to provide quality service to our clients. With Centaris, we are able to expand our offerings, provide a better depth of service, and have a great team of IT professionals backing us up. We are excited to see what the future brings.”
