Senior leaders from Ford Motor Co. in Dearborn, the U.S. Department of Energy, and LG Energy Solutions will be presenting keynote addresses at the Battery Show and Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo, Sept. 14-16 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.

North America’s largest advanced battery technology and E/HV trade show and conference, the in-person event is designed to propel the global market for large and advanced batteries that is forecasted to reach nearly $110 billion by 2024.

Addressing the growing industry will be:

  • David Howell, vehicle technologies deputy director, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, at the U.S. Department of Energy (Sept. 14, 9:30 a.m.)
  • Denise Gray, president for North America of LG Energy Solutions (Sept. 15, 9 a.m.)
  • Brett Hinds, chief engineer for electrified powertrain systems at Ford Motor Co. (Sept. 16, 9 a.m.)
