The Aerospace Industry Association of Michigan (AIAM) is excited to announce its fourth annual AeroOne conference, taking place September 3–5, 2025, at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Widely recognized as a premier aerospace conference in the Midwest, AeroOne 2025 will bring together key executives and decision makers from top OEMs and Tier 1s in the industry. This conference is truly a convening of thought leaders and innovators from across the aerospace, defense, and space sectors.
Activities kick off the afternoon of Wednesday, September 3, with one of AeroOne’s most sought-after experiences, the Aerospace Roundtables. The roundtables offer a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with OEM leadership in an interactive, small-group setting. Hosted by Eaton, Moeller Aerospace, and Pratt & Whitney, each session centers on a real-world business challenge these companies are facing in their business today. Participants will work in facilitated teams to develop actionable solutions, gain insight into supplier and operational priorities, and build relationships that extend beyond the conference. Space is limited and filled on a first-come come first-served basis.

“AeroOne represents the very best of what our industry can achieve when we come together to innovate, collaborate, and lead,” said Tony Vernaci, CEO of AIAM. “The Aerospace Roundtables are a cornerstone of that mission.”
Building on the Roundtables, the following two days of AeroOne feature a powerhouse lineup of keynotes, panels, and expert sessions focused on the biggest opportunities and challenges in aerospace today, with application across multiple industries.
A key message for everyone will be delivered by Jason Bilnoski from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s NSA and U.S. Cyber Command in Washington, DC. His riveting comments on “The Silent War: Cybersecurity’s Growing Impact on Business” are sure to capture the attention of each leader in the room.
