Zolman Restoration, a Walled Lake-based restoration company, has named Samantha LaMacchia as its vice president.
LaMacchia will integrate all departments and work on strategic business development while coaching and developing team members to meet individual goals.
With more than 15 years of experience, LaMacchia most recently held the position of national director of operations at a restoration company where she was responsible for and directly managed multiple department teams. Prior to that, LaMacchia served leadership roles in several other restoration companies where she spearheaded and implemented new department protocols, expanded corporate presence, and reevaluated department budgeting to increase revenue.
LaMacchia, of Oxford, is CPFM certified, a WRT-Water Restoration Technician – IICRC, and Subrogation Certified. She studied criminal justice at Michigan State University.
