SOUTHFIELD — Your People LLC, a full-service public relations, marketing, and communications firm, has named Julie Edgar as manager of public relations.
In her new position, Edgar will manage public relations campaigns, including client interface, planning, implementation, writing, and more.
Edgar has spent the last several years as a freelance journalist, contributing regularly to WebMD as well as Bridge Magazine, AnnArbor.com, Hour Detroit, Red Thread magazine, and many others. Before that, she was a reporter for the Detroit Free Press, the Detroit Jewish News, the Oakland Press, and The Daily Tribune in Royal Oak.
She is a graduate from of the University of Michigan with a degree in English literature.
