Women’s Entrepreneur Conference Planned at Walsh College

2417

TROY — The fourth annual Southeast Michigan Women’s Entrepreneur-You Conference will be held at Walsh College on March 20.

“Success as an entrepreneur results from execution of a strategic plan, diligent market research, and the passion to run a business,” says Stephanie Bergeron, co-founder of Entrepreneur-You. “Entrepreneur-You helps women achieve that success by providing a forum for sharing best practices, personal experiences, and new ideas that build the confidence and enthusiasm of all attendees.”

The conference provides resources, tools, and support for entrepreneurs and includes business plan competitions and presentations of success stories. There will be continental breakfast and lunch, opportunities for networking, and breakout sessions focused on marketing, finance, operations, human resources, funding community resources, and professional services.

The day-long conference features keynote speaker Alison Vaughn of Jackets for Jobs and mistress of ceremonies JoAnne Purtan of WXYZ-TV (Channel 7).
