TROY — Thomas J. Kelly has joined Wolfson Bolton PLLC as an attorney.
Kelly, of Royal Oak, graduated from Michigan State University College of Law Magna Cum Laude, as a member of the Dean Charles H. King Scholars Program. He served as a managing editor of the Michigan State Law Review and received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award in research, writing, and advocacy.
While attending law school, Kelly accepted a publication offer from the American Bankruptcy Law Journal for an article he authored entitled “A Method of Protecting Pensions in Chapter 9: Defining the Interest as a Property Right.” The article is set for publication this year. He obtained his bachelor of arts in political science from Michigan State University.
