William Davidson Foundation Hires Chief Financial Officer

SOUTHFIELD — The William Davidson Foundation has named Danielle Olekszyk as its first chief financial officer.

Olekszyk, with nearly 15 years of accounting and financial management experience, will direct the foundation’s accounting and financial services, human resources, office and building management, investments, information technology, and insurance coverage.

Previously, Olekszyk was the vice president of operations and the chief financial officer of the Skillman Foundation. She began in an accounting role and ultimately built-out the foundation’s operations department.

Olekszyk, of Bloomfield Hills, is a CPA and has a bachelor’s and master’s of accounting degrees from the University of Michigan. She serves as a board member for HAVEN, a domestic abuse shelter in Oakland County.
