Linda Paullin-Hebden has been named executive partner at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP in the statewide law firm’s Southfield office.
Paullin-Hebden concentrates her practice in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, investment adviser compliance, and general corporate matters. She will lead the more than 30 attorneys in Southfield, one of Warner’s eight Michigan offices.
Paullin-Hebden serves on the board of directors for the Detroit Historical Society, the board of governors at the Skyline Club and is active with the Michigan Women’s Foundation and Inforum. She was recognized as a Top Lawyer in securities law by DBusiness.
Paullin-Hebden earned her bachelor’s degree from Alma College. and her juris doctor cum laude from Wayne State University Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
