Warner Norcross and Judd LLP’s Southfield practice, a corporate law firm, has added experienced tax and estate planning attorney William C. Lentine as a partner.
Lentine’s business law experience focuses on taxation and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, as well as advising on buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning and taxation, business entity formation and planning, and federal and state taxation. He is a licensed CPA in Illinois, and acts as outside general counsel and outside tax counsel for businesses in mortgage and hospitality industries.
Lentine was a partner at Dykema Gossett PLLC. He is also vice chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the Michigan Association of CPAs, a member of the State Bar of Michigan, where he serves as an officer on the Tax Council, and he frequently presents on tax law and estate planning.
Lentine earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a law degree from the MSU College of Law.
