Walsh College Appoints Patricia Breen and Gerald Chiddick to Board of Trustees

Patricia Breen, Ph.D, and Gerald Chiddick have been appointed Walsh College’s Board of Trustees.

“We welcome the perspective and expertise Patricia Breen and Gerald Chiddick bring to Walsh’s board of trustees,” says Michael Levens, Ph.D., president and CEO of Walsh College. “Their experience in higher education, marketing leadership and product and business development are valuable, and we look forward to their contributions as we continue our work to change lives through education.”

Breen has more than 30 years of experience in higher education, most recently serving as president of Pacific Oaks College and Children’s School in Pasadena, Calif. She received undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Texas, an MBA from DePaul University, and a Ph.D. in human and organizational development from Fielding Graduate School.

Gerald Chiddick is the U.S. middle market head of real estate, retail, and hospitality for Zurich North America. He has served in several leadership roles throughout a 32-year insurance career, including more than a decade as the vice president of marketing at Amerisure Insurance in Farmington Hills. He holds a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University and executive education certificate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
