Vistage Michigan Names New President

ST. CLAIR SHORES — Jane Owen has been named the new president of Vistage Michigan, an affiliate of the world’s leading chief executive organization.

Owen has been a member of Vistage Michigan’s board since 2013 and has helped ensure the organization’s growth, assisted in approving annual goals and budget, and helped analyze areas for continued development.

Previously, Owen worked in business and leadership development for the Edward C. Levy Co. Clients include steel mills, construction developers, road-building companies, cement producers, agriculture and an array of other industries.

Outside the office, Owen is active in the East Michigan chapter of Dining for Women, a program that funds projects to help women and girls in the developing world achieve their potential, gain equality in their countries and cultures, and overcome economic limitations, and social bias.

Owen earned a Bachelor of Science  in human resources development and labor relations from Oakland University. She is certified as an integral coach, associate certified coach, The Leadership Circle—Profile Certification and Integrative Enneagram Accreditation Program.

Vistage Michigan includes more than 180 chief executives throughout Michigan. The organization’s members engage in ongoing peer workshops, one-to-one business coaching, speaker presentations from top industry experts, social networking, webinars, and an extensive online content library.
