Rebecca Kraus has been named the newest chief executive group chair for Vistage Michigan, a membership-based organization that provides business leaders with business perspectives and innovative strategies. Kraus currently serves as president at a firm she founded, Rebecca Kraus & Associates LLC in Grosse Pointe.
In her role with Vistage Michigan, Kraus will act as the adviser, mentor, and business coach to her group, conducting one-to-one coaching sessions with each member. She also will facilitate nine group workshops per year with her chief executive members.
Kraus has more than 20 years of experience in business consulting and coaching, with particular focus in the non-profit, manufacturing, education, and health care sectors.
Before founding her consulting firm, Kraus was executive director of the Ameritech Business Solutions Center for Walsh College in Troy; president of Transitions Consulting Group, a division of Gordon Advisors PC, in Troy; and executive director of Cambridge Strategic Services, a division of SHW Group, in Berkley.
Kraus, of Grosse Pointe, graduated from Wayne State University.
