Shaun Dillon, vice president of Dillon Energy Services, and Joe Bennett, vice president for content development operators at Tweddle Group, have become members of Vistage Michigan, an affiliate of the world’s leading chief executive organization, Vistage International.
Dillon, of Grosse Pointe Farms, and Bennett from Macomb Township, will join an advisory board of executive peers who meet in small groups, nine times a year, to help one another make better business decisions and achieve better results. They also will partake in one-to-one business coaching from a chief executive group chair.
As energy manager and supplier to commercial and industrial end-users, Dillon oversees corporate strategy and business development. He previously worked at a literary agency and in the editorial departments of Carroll & Graf Publishers and Da Capo Press in New York.
Dillon holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
Bennett leads the manufacturing, planning and facilities departments for Tweddle Group, an automotive communications and publishing services firm. He previously worked in logistics and controls for major automotive suppliers; and as a business manager for the U.S. Navy.
Bennett holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from St. John’s University; a Bachelor of Arts in biblical studies from Rochester College; and a Master of Science in logistics engineering from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.
