Village Green Wins National Customer Service Award

DETROIT — Midwest-based Village Green has achieved the highest customer service honor in the multifamily housing industry. For an unprecedented four straight years, Village Green has won the National Customer Service Award for Excellence from CEL & Associates Inc.

“We have seen an increasing lifestyle shift from homeownership to renting due to the flexibility, amenities, services and value renting provides,” said Diane Batayeh, COO. “In addition to what our communities offer to a renter, people stay with Village Green because of the level of customer service we provide. Our associates have been the driving force in helping us accomplish this award and we will continue to try to achieve our customer’s expectations.”

In addition to Village Green’s customer service award, 20 individual Village Green communities received the Platinum Award for customer service, and 51 Village Green communities were honored with the A-List Award for excellence in customer service.

Becoming best-in-class is a coveted honor reserved for those who have achieved a level of performance considered to be the best in the industry.  “Village Green, in 2012, was awarded the Best In Class Service Excellence Award for Category I,”said Christopher Lee, president and CEO of CEL & Associates, Inc., the sponsor of the award.  “Village Green, for the fourth year in a row, has provided the highest level of consistent quality and service to residents across their portfolio.”  Rated by resident opinions, “the CEL & Associates, Inc. Service Excellence Award measures the entire resident experience,” Lee said.
