DETROIT — The historic Millender Center Apartments will be renamed Renaissance City Apartments at Millender Center, after being purchased by Village Green property management this past spring. It is the third downtown high-rise to be owned and managed by Village Green.
In addition to renaming and repositioning the apartments at the Millender Center Complex, Village Green is renovating the individual apartments and shared amenity spaces. Renovations are expected to be complete by the summer of 2014.
The community features one bedroom, two bedroom and penthouse apartments with resort-class amenities, like a brand new 33rd floor Sky Club with skyline views, featuring an entertainment space and gourmet kitchen. Renaissance City Apartments also features a dramatic new entry lobby. The outdoor Sky Park will be complete next summer, and will include a movie wall, fire pit, grilling station, water feature and gaming area.
