WEST BLOOMFIELD — Velmeir Companies, a full service commercial real estate development company, is expanding their operations into the West Coast and is opening a satellite office in the Washington State market. The first Washington State site is currently under construction in Renton, and house a CVS Pharmacy and other tenants and will open in Spring 2014. Velmeir Companies will expand their operations into California and Oregon over the next two years.
Velmeir Companies, is headquartered in West Bloomfield and has satellite offices in Florida, Minnesota, and Washington, D.C. in addition to their new office in Seattle, Washington. The company is active in 12 states throughout the US. Velmeir Companies provides brokerage and development services for retail companies such as CVS Pharmacy, McDonald’s, Home Depot, Staples,Tim Horton’s, and Aldi, among others.
