The Varnum law firm, headquartered in Birmingham, has elected Michael E. Wooley as its newest partner.
With more than 25 years of experience, Wooley has been providing guidance on long-term immigration plans and immediate solutions for companies both in the United States and internationally. He will be a part of the firm’s immigration practice team.

Wooley has in various industries, with a particular focus on providing tailored immigration solutions to healthcare providers and systems. In addition, his expertise in global immigration trends enables him to guide clients with international operations through the intricacies of cross-border mobility.

Wooley received his law degree from the University of Michigan School of Law in Ann Arbor and his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University Mount Pleasant. He previously served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador and is fluent in Spanish.
