TROY — The town of Vail, Colorado has selected New World Systems’ completely integrated Logos.NET Public Administration suite of solutions to replace an older financial system. New World’s software will help the popular resort Town meet their efficiency goals by streamlining reporting and providing more online services to citizens.
“We are very focused on guest services,” said Kathleen Halloran, manager of Budgets and Financial Reporting for Vail. “New World’s software will help us save time and better serve our community by providing more ways for citizens to interact with us online and making everyday processes much easier for our employees.”
New World’s web-based, easy-to-use software will help the town improve access to financial information across departments and allow employees the flexibility to work anytime, from anywhere. The solutions are built on the Microsoft .NET Framework to meet the unique needs of local government. Because of this, advanced workflow and seamless integration to everyday Microsoft applications will also help Vail reduce paperwork and improve business operations.
“During our evaluation, we were impressed by New World’s software and professionalism,” said Halloran. “The consistency of look and feel in the software and the workflow felt much more comfortable, and easier to use, than other solutions we reviewed.”
The town of Vail has begun implementation of New World’s Logos.NET Financial Management, Procurement Management, Payroll and Human Resources, eSuite and Business Analytics software.
