Troy’s American Society of Employers Names Four to Board of Directors

The American Society of Employers (ASE) in Troy announced it has added four new members to its board of directors, while four members moved on due to term limits and retirements.

The new board members are Phillip Bradley, CFO of Niles Industrial Coatings in Fenton; Jennifer Janus, president of Pophouse Design in Detroit; David Quinn, CFO of Windsor Township OG; and Diane Wolfenden, vice president the east region for Priority Health in Southfield.

“ASE is pleased to welcome these highly regarded new board members,” says Mary E. Corrado, president and CEO of ASE. “Their breadth of knowledge and experience will help ASE continue to grow as we have for 120 years. In addition, I am very thankful for the years of service our resigning board members served.”

The outgoing members of the board are Sharon Butler, associate vice president of human resources at Michigan State University in East Lansing; Michael Jasperson, senior vice president of the provider network at Priority Health; Ron Kagan, CEO of the Detroit Zoological Society in Royal Oak; and Christopher G. Rau, executive director of human resources at American Axle and Manufacturing in Detroit.
