WEST BLOOMFIELD —  After much anticipation, the six custom luxury estate homes showcased in the Ultimate Homearama 2014 will be unveiled Aug. 27 at the charity preview party.

Ultimate Homearama 2014 Gala tickets are quickly selling out. The remaining few are available online at UltimateHomearama.com. All proceeds will benefit the Rainbow Connection and Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County.

The first ever event in more than a decade, the Ultimate Homearama 2014 will offer guests an opportunity to stroll through some of the finest luxury custom estate homes in the region.

Preview party guests will be among the first to view at the six majestic homes, each fully furnished and accessorized by some of the area’s finest designers. Adding to the unique nature of the event, each home will play host to a special themed-party designed to showcase the entertainment potential of these amazing homes.

The six parties in one evening — with themes including an elegant wedding reception and New Year’s Eve party to more casual gatherings like tailgating and casino night — will provide guests the opportunity to sample a selection of fine wines and an array of light fare prepared by the some of southeast Michigan’s most acclaimed chefs.

The charity gala will be held from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Pinnacle — the site of the Ultimate Homearama 2014 — in Oakland Township. Pinnacle is located 2405 West Silver Bell Rd., just east of Adams Road. The premiere luxury community has been developed by Moceri.

Cranbrook Custom Homes, Arteva Custom Homes and MJC Companies each built one of the masterpieces while Moceri Homes constructed three of the model showhouses. The spectacular homes, valued from approximately $2 million up to $3.5 million each, showcase the ultimate in luxury home design. Each exquisite estate home was carefully planned, constructed and decorated with the latest trends, most innovative technologies and advanced construction methods. Theater-quality home entertainment systems, professional level kitchens, spa-like master retreats, outdoor rooms and much more fill these multi-million dollar homes.

The Ultimate Homearama will also be open to the public from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Mondays – Saturdays and noon – 9 p.m. on Sundays beginning Aug. 29 through Sept. 12. A complimentary pass to return to the public event after the preview opening is also included in the purchase of each charity preview ticket.
