The Roof Resource in Shelby Township, a company that simplifies roof replacement for homeowners at cost, added Audrey Isrow as vice president of marketing and communications and Ken Lewandowski as vice president of strategic development to its corporate leadership team.
The expansion of the corporate leadership team comes on the heels of the company’s successful national franchise program launch, which saw all 10 initial units in metro Detroit sold out and a new branch added in Denver.
Audrey Isrow, an industry veteran with more than two decades of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as vice president of marketing and communications. Her portfolio ranges from local businesses and regional franchises to globally recognized brands.
Isrow holds a Master of Business degree from Oakland University and has managed multi-million-dollar marketing campaigns for Fortune 100 clients while with advertising agencies including BBDO, Publicis, and Omnicom. Her achievements include negotiating high-profile partnerships resulting in brand content integrations on top networks like HGTV, USA, History, and others. Additionally, Isrow has secured sponsorships in iconic television programming including Mad Men, White Collar, and American Pickers.
Ken Lewandowski, the new vice president of strategic development, has expertise in team building and the execution of innovative strategies that maximize results in competitive markets.

“We are confident the wealth of experience, strategic thinking, and dynamic approach these two executives bring to our team will play a pivotal role in advancing our franchise goals and consumer initiatives,” says Michael Harvey, founder and CEO of The Roof Resourc
