AUBURN HILLS — Pistons premium ticket members will get their first look at the new, exclusive concierge lounge at The Palace of Auburn Hills tonight, solidifying the arena’s reputation as one of the top sports and entertainment venues in the country.

Located on the Palace’s Club Level, the concierge features a full-service business center with high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi, work areas, printers and copiers, a charging station and cable access on large flat-screen televisions. Furnished by Gardner-White Furniture, the spacious design also serves as a gift distribution center and item check area, as well as a reception area for members to meet with their guests or Palace representatives.

“We are excited to offer this dedicated concierge space and business center as part of our ultimate Premium Experience,” said Dennis Mannion, CEO and president of Palace Sports & Entertainment and the Detroit Pistons.  “We know our members cultivate their business relationships at Pistons games and events at The Palace and our new concierge space is another amenity, enabling them to do so.”

Palace’s Suite Services staff, including a receptionist, will be available to assist clients with whatever they may need — from their suite dining needs to off-site services — before, during and after each Pistons game and at select concerts and events.
