The Mall at Partridge Creek Names New Marketing Director

CLINTON TOWNSHIP — The Mall at Partridge Creek has named Melissa Morang as marketing and sponsorship director. Morang will be responsible for developing public programs and events, community relations, and all marketing and sponsorship activities for the center.

Before joining Partridge Creek, Morang served as marketing and sponsorship director for Taubman’s Great Lakes Crossing Outlets  where she oversaw the rebranding of the outlet center along with tourism marketing, local and national sponsorship programs and special events for the center. While at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, she also served on the board of directors of the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce.

Morang returns to metro Detroit after having spent the past year in the Grand Rapids area, where she worked at Meijer’s corporate office in marketing strategy for the retailer’s softlines division. In addition to her experience with Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, Morang’s background includes several years in sales and sponsorship marketing with Marriott International Corp., Palace Sports & Entertainment and Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Morang earned her bachelor’s in communications from Oakland University.
