The Hill Seafood and Chophouse in Grosse Pointe Farms Marks Its 10th Anniversary

GROSSE POINTE FARMS, MI — A decade ago, The Hill Seafood and Chophouse opened its doors. Through the 10 years since, they have thrived in the tournament of restaurant competition in metro Detroit, becoming a dining destination situated in downtown Grosse Pointe Farms nearby to stunning Lake Shore Drive.

In celebration of their 10-year anniversary, The Hill will offer a special three course Petite Surf and Turf meal for just $20. The meal includes a three ounce filet and three ounce lobster tail, specialized Hill salad, and their popular chocolate molten Lava Cake. It is also a source of pride that all breads and desserts are made in-house.

Gretchen Meeuws, General Manager at The Hill is a twenty-five year veteran of the restaurant business. She is most proud to have started as a server at The Hill eight years ago, working her way up to her current position as GM. Meeuws stresses that The Hill’s menu is all inclusive which means all of their entrees include bread service, choice of soup or salad, a vegetable and potato. The special entree runs through Thursday, September 16, 2010.

Lunch is available from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Dinner is served Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Sunday – closed.
