The Christman Co. in Detroit has announced a series of leadership changes that strengthen its southeast Michigan operations and position the firm for continued growth across the region.

Joe Luther expands his role as senior vice president, providing executive-level leadership to align strategy and resources across southeast Michigan, central Michigan, and Dallas/Ft. Worth.

Jason Ide was promoted to vice president and general manager of southeast Michigan, leading strategic growth, client service and project delivery.

Dan Davis was promoted to vice president, assuming expanded operational responsibilities driving regional execution and collaboration.

Whitney Kutcher joins the company as business development manager, responsible for project pursuits, client engagement and strategic partnerships to advance Christman’s presence in Southeast Michigan.

As Luther steps out of his regional general manager role to focus on enterprise-level responsibilities, he emphasized the importance of community engagement and strong leadership in southeast Michigan.

Ide brings extensive experience to the GM role having delivered high-profile K-12 education, government and healthcare projects in major markets across the United States. His projects in southeast Michigan include the Novi Community School District 2025 Bond Program, Ann Arbor Public Schools 2019 Bond Program, and the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse.
