Washington D.C. based Stratacomm, with offices in Southfied, announced restructured ownership of the strategic communications consultancy. Stratacomm’s partnership group reacquired majority ownership and control of the company. The equity transaction closed earlier this year and, after a brief transition period, the firm is now a self-sufficient company that is independently managed and operated by Stratacomm partners.
“As an independent firm once again with nearly 20 years of experience delivering winning communications services to our clients, we’re excited to return to our entrepreneurial roots,” said Bill Buff, co-managing partner at Stratacomm. “This restructuring will allow us to invest in new talent and strategies both to benefit our clients and grow the firm.”
