DETROIT — Stratacomm LLC has hired Steve Diehlman (pictured far left) as account director and promoted Kevin Raftery to account executive in the company’s Southfield office. Both Diehlman and Raftery are members of Stratacomm’s account team focused on the execution and planning of various strategic communications and media relations initiatives for Nissan North America.
Most recently, Diehlman served as a communications manager with Chrysler’s Street and Racing Technology performance division. At SRT, he managed the brand’s website, oversaw its social media strategy, and worked on various advertising projects. Diehlman also previously served as an account executive with J.R. Thompson Company. Prior to that, he was an associate web editor for the automotive enthusiast magazine Automobile. Diehlman earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University.
Prior to joining Stratacomm as intern in September 2012, Raftery served as an intern with several companies, including the Emmy award-winning Mitch Albom Show. Raftery earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
