Waterford-based Stevens Worldwide Van Lines has named Katie Book as its new in-home consultant.
Book will be responsible for meeting with potential customers to provide accurate packing, moving and storage costs by performing an in-home consultation. She will also provide follow up services to insure customer satisfaction.
Book was previously employed as a customer service representative with another Michigan-based moving and storage company and has several years of experience in the moving and storage industry.
