Southfield-based global technology company Stefanini Group has appointed Vilmar Babot as its new CFO for the North America/Asia-Pacific (NA/APAC) region and Gustavo Becker and Rodrigo Martineli as vice presidents for sales.

Babot has served for more than 25 years as a leader in accounting, internal audits, and internal controls. Most recently, he served as an infrastructure accounting manager at Meta, focused on mitigating risks, improving internal controls and profitability, and leading an annual policy review to optimize accounting standards. In his new role, Babot manages Stefanini’s finances and oversee the finance team.
Becker joins Stefanini with more than 20 years of experience leading sales teams and delivering results. With a background as a CIO for 15 years and more recently as the Latin America regional sales director at Dell Technologies. As vice president of sales at Stefanini, Becker is expected to drive revenue growth by touting the company’s innovative solutions.
Martineli brings more than 25 years of experience in technology sales and a track record of fostering a success-oriented sales culture across regions. Prior to joining Stefanini, he served in key leadership roles at Hewlett Packard and most recently Rackspace Technology. Martineli will spearhead the growth of Stefanini’s client base in the NA/APAC region in his new role.
