TROY — The Somerset Collection announced its holiday season hours and a new Giving Tuesday initiative benefiting Toys for Tots.
Somerset Collection will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Black Friday, Nov. 29. Macy’s will be open at 8 p.m. Thanksgiving night, Nov. 28, and will stay open for 26 straight hours.
Additional holiday hours are as follows:
9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16 to Saturday, Dec. 21.
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Christmas Eve
Somerset Collection is closed Christmas Day.
Macy’s will be open Saturday, Dec. 21 to Dec. 23 until 2 a.m.
On Giving Tuesday, Dec. 3, Somerset Collection will donate up to $10,000, 10 percent of $100,000 in sales, to Toys for Tots. Giving Tuesday is a campaign to create a national day of giving at the start of the annual holiday season. Shoppers are asked to bring their receipts to the concierge desk, where Somerset Collection will record and tally sales totals. Somerset Collection will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Giving Tuesday.
