TROY — Simons Michelson Zieve Inc. moved its agency offices today, just minutes from its former location at 900 Wilshire in Troy, where the agency had been headquartered since 1987.
The new location was chosen for a number of strategic reasons, said said Jamie Michelson, president of SMZ. “Being close to the highways and main roads keeps the agency easily accessible for staff, clients, and vendors. The building also offers convenient door side parking.”
The team of partners who helped execute the nearly 12,000 square foot project include, CBRE Real Estate Brokers, Davis & Davis Interior Design, Ari- El Enterprises Real Estate, Airea Furniture, and Ashmark Construction.
SMZ’s new offices are located at 1200 Kirts Blvd., Suite 100. Phone numbers will remain the same as will company email addresses. The main phone number is 248-362-4242.
