SOUTHFIELD — Signature Associates, a Cushman and Wakefield Alliance Member, has named Tom Giguere as director of property management.
Giguere has been a part of the Signature Team since 1990 and has more than 20 years of experience managing commercial properties, including hands-on management of office, industrial, retail
and medical assets for both private and institutional clients.
He has an extensive history of handling troubled assets and has expertise in all facets of property management including leasing, maintenance, construction, tenant relations, and financial analysis. Giguere earned his bachelor’s in finance at Wayne State University.
Signature Associates has offices in Southfield, Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Holland, Kalamazoo, and Toledo.
