SOUTHFIELD — Lynette Becksvoort has joined Signature Associates, a Cushman and Wakefield Alliance Member, as a senior property manager for the Southfield team.
Becksvoort is a certified property manager and associate real estate broker with more than 18 years experience providing comprehensive management services within the Grand Rapids real estate industry. Experience includes facilities management, construction management, lease administration, accounting and tenant and vendor relations. Over the past 18 years Becksvoort’s portfolio has consisted of class “A” office, retail, industrial, and medical properties in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.
Prior to joining Signature Associates, Becksvoort served as a property manager for an Ann Arbor based commercial real estate firm with over one million square feet of office and medical properties located in the Grand Rapids and Holland areas. Becksvoort also worked for a large grocery distributor located in Grand Rapids as a corporate store marketing administrator.
