Varnum attorney Jordan Valentine has been appointed to the Board of Trustees for Siena Heights University, a private Catholic institution located in Adrian, southwest of Ann Arbor.
Valentine is a member of Varnum’s Litigation and ADR Practice Team based in the firm’s Ann Arbor office, where she focuses on shareholder disputes, breach of contract cases and real estate zoning disputes. She represents clients throughout the litigation process, including hearings, depositions, trials and appellate proceedings. In addition, she advises clients with regulatory compliance.
Outside of her practice, Valentine often judges Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions. She graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University. In addition to her legal work, Valentine also recently joined the Ele’s Place Ann Arbor Community Board.
