Shelly Kemp Appointed Executive Director of the Greater Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce

ROYAL OAK, Mich., November 24, 2010 — Andrey Tomkiw, managing partner of the Tomkiw Law Group and Board President of the Greater Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce has announced that Shelly Kemp has been appointed Executive Director following three months as Interim Executive Director. Kemp will manage the Chamber, which has more than 600 members.

Kemp, a graduate of Wayne State University, has served for the last seven years as the Director of Events for the Chamber. Kemp, a resident of Royal Oak, is widely respected within the Chamber community for her efforts on behalf of members. Kemp has been actively involved in the Royal Oak community including serving on the Royal Oak Youth Assistance Board of Directors.

“Shelly Kemp is the perfect person to lead the Greater Royal Oak Chamber during these economic times,” said Tomkiw. “She brings tremendous experience, integrity and tireless enthusiasm which will help us serve our members and strengthen the Royal Oak business environment.”
