Shaheen Imami Joins Baker Donelson’s Tax Group

Shaheen Imami has been added to the tax group of Tennessee-based Baker Donelson. Prior to joining, he was a shareholder at Prince Law Firm in Bloomfield Hills. He will maintain his practice in Michigan.

Imami brings more than 20 years of experience in working with clients on matters concerning trusts, estates, and probate litigation. He also counsels clients in the areas of estate administration and estate planning matters and is a certified mediator. He represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in pre- and post-death administration and litigation matters.

Imami is listed in Best Lawyers in America and Michigan Super Lawyers. He is a member of the Fiduciary Practice and Fiduciary Litigation Committees, American Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan.
